It's a very rare occasion when it rains in Dallas. However, I say that half heartedly because when it does rain, it is a down pour that causes many of the highways to flood and shuts down half the town.
But I have to say, whenever it does rain, it reminds me of Seattle. The smell of the water hitting the concrete always brings back memories. To top things off, all you'll need is a cup of warm tea to enjoy the night with.
